We were in Paris from May 16-20th. I haven%26#39;t quite recovered from our trip enough to write up our trip report, but I did get our photos posted.

Thanks so much for the replies! Regarding the Hall of Mirrors, we were so lucky. We didn%26#39;t really have any crowds on the trip at all (longest line at Eiffel Tower but that moved fast and we were walking up, so it maybe was 15-20 minutes). We were second in line at Versailles--got the first train and then bee-lined it to hall of mirrors. When we got there--it was us and one other-very nice-couple. We had a blast. When we were done with the house--the fountain started right that minute--so our timing was lucky and perfect. I%26#39;d like to say it was good planning--but it was really all luck.

My mom will be so happy about the scarf comment :). We had fun with the scarves--she%26#39;s just more fashionable than I am :)

I am glad you answered the question about the Hall of Mirrors. I was wondering the same thing. My pictures have tons of people in there. That was amazing you didn%26#39;t have a crowd.

I would loved to hear how you arranged the various destinations from Normandy and Provence to Paris. It sounds like something that I longed to do.
