Does anyone know how i would get from nice airport to le montourey frejus. I know there is a train but is this direct from the airport and how frequent is it??

The trains along the coast run from Nice Ville, not the airport, so first you have to get from the airport into town. That bit I can%26#39;t help with first-hand, having never done it, but see below.
Trains from Nice Ville to Frejus are rather few and irregular. The fastest trains take just over an hour.

but be aware that the summer timetable starts 6th July so check again if needed.
There are direct buses from the airport to Frejus and also of course into the city; information here in English
