Wedding reception/venue in Provence or South of France?

I would love to get married next June/July 2009 in Provence, and am struggling so far to find a venue. Ideally somewhere we can have the meal indoors or in a marquee (in case of rain), and I%26#39;m not too keen on the big, grand chateau idea, but would love somewhere more rustic. We would probably have about 100 people.

I have seen a couple of ideas, but if anyone has any suggestions, I would be really grateful to hear them. Also photographers and caterer recommendations!

Thank you in advance for any suggestions!!

Oh, and by the way - I realise I can%26#39;t get married legally in France - would just be a symbolic ceremony.

CHeck out Les Carmes, a lovely charme d%26#39;hote in Le Thor. I don%26#39;t know if they can accommodate 100, but it is a beautiful place. If you check the hotel reviews, you will see pictures of a wedding that took place there last summer. Lovely! The website is www.lescarmes.com, but the pictures are on tripadvisor under hotel reviews for provence hotels.
