Can anyone recommend a site that rents apartments in Nice?

I%26#39;m looking for a nice 2 or 3 bedroom apartment in Nice or Cannes, near the ocean. I prefer renting from a reputable company as opposed to an individual. I%26#39;m a little wary of VRBO. I have a great company that I rent from in London and Paris and would love to find the same for the South of France. Any ideas?

You should contact www.nicepebbles.com or www.rivierapebbles.com. They are both owned by Matt and Gayle and they have very high quality apartments in and around Nice. They have worked very hard to build up their business and I have heard little or no criticism of their MO.

They have the largest selection of apartment rentals in Nice - are a fully registered and insured french company (this is important) and have an office in central Nice on Rue du Congres - so always contactable if any issues.

I have booked 2 wks with riviera rentals for 2 wks in july in nice, never used them before but internet chat seems good, always used accor hotels in the past.

We stayed with riveriea rentals in May and everything went smoothly. Instructions on how to get to the apartment were very clear and the woman who met us very pleasant. We stayed at LE26 which was a two bedroom very modern and well equipped place although it was on a very noisey street and although it had a balcony we didnt use it because of this.

Pattap - please can you clarify. I%26#39;d replied to an earlier post of yours - was LE26 with riviera rentals or riviera pebbles (i thought it was the latter?). I%26#39;d appreciate feedback cos I%26#39;m staying with riviera pebbles later in the year. I%26#39;ve used Nice Pebbles previously. thanks

Agree with the above posts re Riviera Rentals. Stayed in may apartments over the years and cant speak highly enough of Paul Mannion.

When we e-mailed Riviera Rentals to enquire about an extended stay out of season we didn%26#39;t even have the courtesy of a reply. Fortunately, there are so many rentals in the area that we didn%26#39;t need to chase our enquiry.
