Discount on Batobus & Opentour Buses - Carte Orange

Supposedly Carte Orange holders get a discount on Opentour and Batobus. Does anyone know if this discount is offered to the weekly Carte Orange or only monthly passes? Also, would the discount apply if we load a weekly pass onto the Navigo Decouverte?

Yes, it works on the weekly ND pass. Did it in April.

It is a wonderful deal.

Yeah, but why would you buy an all-in pass, and then go buy somewhat redundant (and not cheap) tickets for alternate transportation? - - unless maybe you will use the other modes after a week%26#39;s C.O. has run out..?

I know it may seem redundant but I will be travelling with children. I was hoping to go on the opentour so that they can see the sights (then use the metro to re-visit some of them later). And the Batobus ... just something fun to do with the kids.

IMO you will enjoy the Batobus; 5 days in Paris last month, saw all the main sites using Batobus (pass), plus foot power, plus two taxi rides (to/from Sacre Couer). We were staying near Invalides/Rue Cler -and didn%26#39;t see a drop of rain, thank God.

The kids may qualify for a child metro/bus ticket (or carnet) but there isn%26#39;t a child C.O. ...

Does anyone know if under 4 gets on free on the batobus? It does not say on their website.
