Does anyone know about travel from Amiens to Puchevillers? We are travelling to Paris in July and wish to take a train to Amiens and then make our way to puchevillers to see the grave of a relative who died at the Somme. What would be the best way to go? Train to Amiens is easy but unsure how to get to Puchevillers which is 19 km away?

Unfortunatly Puchevillers is not near any railway line and I am not too sure about bus services, if any in the area. If you are prepared to make a day of it, then hire a bicycle at Amiens and cycle there. Then you will be able to have a leisurely day remembering your relative and perhaps have lunch in Puchevillers. Otherwise hire a car. I would not like to hire a taxi unless you can negotiate a flat rate for the day.
