I am traveling from Charles De Gaulle airport to a tiny village called Vallery in Burgundy (closest town nearby is Sens). Can any recommend a driver in that part of France that can pick me up and take me to my chateau?

Taxi service is always available. You could use a taxi from Sens but I believe one from Nemours might be more distance appropriate. All of these advertise service from CDG:
