We%26#39;ll be in Hendaye for a day or two in July. Anything we should not miss?

In the town itself I didn%26#39;t find anything to see let alone miss (I was passing through last July)so if you have a car, go further afield but there I cannot really help.

Hendaye itself doesn%26#39;t have much. If it%26#39;s nice, you%26#39;ll have the beach, shops, and restaurants. Take a boat over to Hondarribia. The old town (up on the hill) is very nice and there are plenty of nice places to eat along the shore, too.
If you want to go further, there are lots of interesting places along the coast (and not on the coast): St. Jean de Luz or Biarritz in France and San Sebastian in Spain, to name a few.
