Can I buy my museum pass on Sunday but not start using it till Tuesday? Can you buy the pass any where else beside the museums? Will be in Marais area on Sunday.

Yes you can buy it on Sunday and not use it until Tuesday. You write the first day of use on the pass and that starts your time. We bought ours at the underground shopping mall at the Louvre. Easy and quick. No lines.

If you are flying into CDG airport you can pick up the pass at the Tourist Information desk. We did and it was fast and easy with no line.

The Museum Pass is also available for purchase in some hotels.
We ordered ours online in advance of our trip. They were sent to our home address in the U.S. promptly and included complete instructions for use.
We were very appreciative of the convenience of using the Museum Pass! It allows you to bypass long lines, and you can visit museums multiple times without paying again and again. I also liked not having to fumble for cash or credit cards outside each museum.
