Which Train Station in Paris?

I will be taking a night train (sleeper) from Milan Central Train Station to Paris staying at the Hotel Claude Bernard 43, rue des Ecoles. I Iwas wondering if anyone could tell me which train station in Paris I should go to. The hotel list the following directions on it%26#39;s web site.

In the heart of the Latin Quarter, 3 minutes from Boulevards Saint Germain and Saint-Michel. Opposite the Collège de France.

Metro: Maubert-Mutualité (2 minutes walk)

RER: Saint-Michel (5 minutes away)

SNCF: railway station (15 minutes away)

Should I arrive at a RER station or a SNCF station to get to Hotel Claude Bernard. Any help that you could give would be greatly appreciated.
